1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving their order.
To qualify for a return, the curling iron must be unused, remain in its original condition, and be returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and other included materials, where applicable.

Before sending any curling iron back, customers must contact our customer service team to receive return authorization and return instructions.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:
– Curling irons damaged as a result of misuse or improper handling.
– Curling irons showing excessive wear, alteration, or other unauthorized changes.
– Products returned after the 30-day return period.
– Items missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or included materials.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when:
– The customer no longer wants the product.
– The wrong product was ordered by the customer.
– The customer purchased an incorrect quantity.
– The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
– The product is being returned without a quality-related issue.
If a return is required because of a defective product, shipping damage, or an incorrect item shipped by us, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
6. Inspection Process
All returned curling irons will be inspected after they are received.
Returns that do not satisfy the applicable return requirements may be refused or may receive a partial refund where permitted by applicable law.
7. Refund Processing
After the returned curling iron has been received and approved following inspection, the applicable refund will generally be processed to the original payment method within approximately 3 business days.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
8. Exchange Policy
Eligible curling irons may be exchanged for the same item if the original product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped by us, subject to product availability.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong curling iron, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
